Thank you for shopping with Slumber Avenue. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship, our processing and delivery times, and what to expect with your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • Australia
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Most European Union countries

If your country isn't listed at checkout, we're unfortunately not able to ship there yet. Feel free to contact us at slumberavenue@gmail.com and we'll let you know if we can help.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders, to every destination listed above. No minimum spend, no surprise charges at checkout.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Processing involves preparing, packing, and dispatching your order. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.


Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are generally 7–15 business days, depending on your location. The estimates below are guidelines and may vary:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, peak periods, or other factors outside our control.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Good news — we cover all customs duties and import taxes on international orders. You will not be charged any additional fees by the carrier or customs when your order is delivered. The price you pay at checkout is the full price.


Order Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.

If you haven't received your tracking details within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then reach out to us at slumberavenue@gmail.com.


Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us at slumberavenue@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We're committed to making sure your order reaches you.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at slumberavenue@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll make it right.
